Especial forme une série limitée mettant en valeur des spiritueux produits à partir d'agaves rares et sauvages. Issus de lots trop petits pour être considérés pour la certification du mezcal, ces spiritueux représentent la culture traditionnelle de subsistance des mezcaleros. Chaque lot est unique et non reproductible.

 

PA1 provient de Felipe et Ageo Cortes - un duo père-fils qui distille dans un alambic refrescador, un type d'alambic refroidi à l'eau permettant une distillation propre et précise. Leur Tepextate est une bombe umami avec des notes de poivron vert, de coriandre fraîche, de jalapeño et d'algues. Une bouche nette et fraîche avec une finale longue et en constante évolution. C'est un spiritueux phénoménal, qui élargit votre compréhension de ce qu'un mezcal peut être.
