Vår Ensamble av Espadin og Madrecuishe kommer fra Atenogenes Garcia i Miahautlan, Sør-Oaxaca. Smaksnotater av bakt aprikos, kakao og mild røyk, tappet på en brennevinsvarmende 48% ABV. For mer produksjonsinformasjon, se Prosess, og for mer batch-spesifikk informasjon, se vår Journal.

Våre keramiske mezcal-kopper er også håndlaget i Oaxaca. I likhet med mezcalen vår er de et uttrykk for tradisjonene, lokale materialer og det håndverksmessige håndverket i regionen. Hver er et unikt stykke. Volumene varierer fra 20-30 ml. Vennligst vask for hånd.
