Especial forma una serie limitata che presenta distillati prodotti da agavi rare e selvatiche. Provenienti da lotti troppo piccoli per essere considerati per la certificazione del mezcal, questi distillati rappresentano la tradizionale cultura del mezcalero di sussistenza. Ogni lotto è unico e irripetibile.

 

PA1 proviene da Felipe e Ageo Cortes, una squadra padre-figlio che distilla in un alambicco refrescador, un tipo di alambicco raffreddato ad acqua che consente una distillazione pulita e precisa. Il loro Tepextate è una bomba di umami con note di pepe verde, coriandolo fresco, jalapeño e alga marina. Un palato pulito e fresco con un finale lungo e in continua evoluzione. È un distillato fenomenale, capace di ampliare la tua comprensione di cosa possa essere un mezcal.
