Especial membentuk seri terbatas yang menampilkan spirits yang diproduksi dari agave langka dan liar. Bersumber dari batch yang terlalu kecil untuk dipertimbangkan sebagai sertifikasi mezcal, spirits ini mewakili budaya mezcalero subsisten tradisional. Setiap batch unik dan tidak dapat diulang.

 

PA1 berasal dari Felipe dan Ageo Cortes - tim ayah dan anak yang menyuling dengan still refrescador - sejenis alembic berpendingin air yang memungkinkan distilasi yang bersih dan presisi. Tepextate mereka adalah bom umami dengan catatan lada hijau, ketumbar segar, Jalepeno, dan rumput laut. Palate yang bersih dan segar dengan finish yang panjang dan terus berkembang. Ini adalah spirits yang fenomenal, satu untuk memperluas pemahaman Anda tentang apa itu mezcal.
