Especial er en begrænset serie, der fremviser spiritus produceret af sjældne og vilde agaver. Fremstillet af partier, der er for små til at blive overvejet til mezcal-certificering, repræsenterer denne spiritus den traditionelle subsistens-mezcalerokultur. Hvert batch er unikt og kan ikke gentages.

 

PA1 kommer fra Felipe og Ageo Cortes - et far-søn-team, der destillerer i en refrescador-stadig - en type vandkølet alembic, der muliggør ren og præcis destillation. Deres Tepextate er en umami-bombe med noter af grøn peber, frisk koriander, jalapeño og tang. En ren og frisk smag med en lang og konstant udviklende eftersmag. Det er en fænomenal spiritus, en der udvider din forståelse af, hvad en mezcal kan være.
