Everything you need to make the classic Pensador Paloma.
The Paloma - meaning Dove - is the most popular cocktail in Mexico. Typically made with Tequila (but much better with mezcal) it is made with fresh grapefruit juice, lime, and grapefruit soda. Two keys have made things easier by producing a grapefruit soda that is packed full of fresh grapefruit. It pairs beautifully with the honeyed, floral notes of our Espadin. A superior afternoon sipper.
Our perfect serve:
35ml Pensador Espadin
100ml Two Keys Grapefruit Soda
Lots of ice
Garnish with a slice of grapefruit and a sprig of rosemary.
