Especial on rajoitettu erä, joka esittelee väkeviä juomia, jotka on valmistettu harvinaisista ja luonnonvaraisista agaveista. Nämä juomat ovat peräisin eristä, jotka ovat liian pieniä mezcal-sertifiointiin, ja ne edustavat perinteistä mezcalero-kotipoltto kulttuuria. Jokainen erä on ainutlaatuinen ja kertaluonteinen.

 

PA1 on peräisin Felipe ja Ageo Cortesilta - isä-poika-tiimiltä, jotka tislaavat refrescador-pannussa, vesijäähdytteisessä alambicissa, joka mahdollistaa puhtaan ja tarkan tislauksen. Heidän Tepextate on umami-pommi, jossa on vihreän paprikan, tuoreen korianterin, jalapeñon ja merilevän vivahteita. Puhdas ja raikas makuprofiili, jossa on pitkä ja jatkuvasti kehittyvä jälkimaku.
