Kaikki mitä tarvitset klassisen Pensador Paloman valmistukseen.

Paloma - joka tarkoittaa kyyhkystä - on Meksikon suosituin cocktail. Yleensä se tehdään tequilasta (mutta paljon parempi mezcalilla) ja siihen käytetään tuoretta greippimehua, limettiä ja greippisoijaa. Two Keys on helpottanut asiaa valmistamalla greippisoijan, joka on täynnä tuoretta greippiä. Se sopii erinomaisesti yhteen Espadinimme hunajaisten ja kukkaisten vivahteiden kanssa. Loistava iltapäiväjuoma.

Täydellinen annostelumme:

35 ml Pensador Espadinia

100 ml Two Keys Greippisoijaa

Paljon jäitä

Koristele greippiviipaleella ja rosmariininoksalla.
