Especial forma una serie limitada que presenta destilados elaborados a partir de agaves silvestres y poco comunes. Provenientes de lotes demasiado pequeños para ser considerados para la certificación de mezcal, estos destilados representan la cultura tradicional del mezcalero de subsistencia. Cada lote es único e irrepetible.

 

PA1 proviene de Felipe y Ageo Cortes, un equipo de padre e hijo que destilan en un alambique refrescador, un tipo de alambique enfriado por agua que permite una destilación limpia y precisa. Su Tepextate es una bomba de umami con notas de pimiento verde, cilantro fresco, jalapeño y alga marina. Un paladar limpio y fresco con un final largo y en constante evolución. Es un destilado fenomenal, ideal para ampliar tu comprensión de lo que puede ser un mezcal.
