Una base de agave dividida y una larga fermentación le otorgan a nuestro Ensamble una acidez redondeada y un funk maduro que recuerda al vino natural. En nariz se perciben cuero y sándalo, seguidos de albaricoque asado, cacao y ralladura de pomelo, con una dulzura cremosa y avainillada. Ideal para disfrutar solo.

Opened this after dinner and the nose hit me with leather and sandalwood before I even poured it — exactly what the description promised. That roast apricot note carries through the sip, and the acidity keeps it lively instead of heavy.
