This batch pours like liquid campfire smoke, and the honeyed sweetness underneath keeps it from being too aggressive. The chamomile note really lingers on the finish, which makes it dangerously easy to sip slow.

That buttered corn on the nose is unmistakable, and the honeyed sweetness carries through to a surprisingly smooth, chewy finish. I've had pricier mezcals that don't come close to this depth of flavor.

The chamomile and rosemary notes really come through on the palate, balanced by that honeyed sweetness without being cloying. Sipped it slowly after dinner and the chewy tobacco finish lingered just the right amount.
