Especial forma uma série limitada que apresenta destilados produzidos a partir de agaves raras e selvagens. Provenientes de lotes demasiado pequenos para serem considerados para certificação de mezcal, estes destilados representam a cultura tradicional de subsistência dos mezcaleros. Cada lote é único e irrepetível.

 

PA1 é da autoria de Felipe e Ageo Cortes - uma equipa de pai e filho que destila num alambique refrescador - um tipo de alambique arrefecido a água que permite uma destilação limpa e precisa. O seu Tepextate é uma bomba de umami com notas de pimento verde, coentros frescos, Jalapeño e alga marinha. Um paladar limpo e fresco com um final longo e em constante evolução. É um destilado fenomenal, que alarga a compreensão do que um mezcal pode ser.
