That French yeast really sets it apart—there's a soft, almost floral note underneath the usual agave punch. I've had plenty of blancos, but this one from the highlands feels smoother going down, and the 42% keeps it interesting without burning.
The 42% ABV gives it a nice kick without needing a mixer, and the smoothness from that French yeast is honestly impressive for a blanco. I've had pricier tequilas that don't feel this clean on the finish.
The French yeast really sets this apart—there’s a subtle floral note I’ve never caught in a blanco before. Clean, peppery finish, and the highlands agave sweetness comes through without any additives. Killed half the bottle over dinner without a hint of harshness.
