The perfect accompaniment to our Ensamble in the signature Pensador Paloma.

The Paloma - meaning Dove - is the most popular cocktail in Mexico. Typically made with Tequila (but much better with mezcal) it is made with fresh grapefruit juice, lime, and grapefruit soda. Two keys have made things easier by producing a grapefruit soda that is packed full of fresh grapefruit. It pairs beautifully with the honeyed, floral notes of our Ensamble. A superior afternoon sipper.

Garnish with a slice grapefruit and a sprig of rosemary.
