De Paloma - wat Duif betekent - is de populairste cocktail in Mexico. Meestal gemaakt met Tequila (maar veel beter met mezcal) wordt hij bereid met vers grapefruitsap, limoen en grapefruit frisdrank. Two Keys heeft het makkelijker gemaakt door een grapefruit frisdrank te produceren die boordevol verse grapefruit zit. Het combineert prachtig met de honingachtige, bloemige tonen van onze Ensamble. Een uitstekende middagborrel.
