저희 메즈칼과 마찬가지로, 저희 잔(코피타)은 오악사카에서 수공으로 제작됩니다. 현지에서 조달한 점토를 성형하고, 페인팅과 유약 처리를 거친 후 구워냅니다. 형태와 소재는 현지 전통을 반영할 뿐만 아니라, 메즈칼의 풍미를 최대한 즐길 수 있도록 설계되었습니다. 유약 처리된 표면은 최적의 향을 유지하여 증류주의 깊이와 복합성을 온전히 드러내며, 적당한 용량은 '천천히 음미하며 한 모금씩 즐기라'는 저희 핵심 메시지를 상기시킵니다.
수공 제작 특성상 잔의 모양과 용량에 차이가 있을 수 있습니다. 각각은 고유한 작품입니다. 용량은 20ml에서 30ml까지 다양합니다. 손세척을 권장합니다.
